Left LIVID That Trump Fish-Slapped WH Journo — But Look At Her Record With Biden!

She seems to think she’s the second coming of Jim Acosta… and when Trump put her in her place, the media near lost their minds.

For context, Trump was taking questions from the media as Saudi Arabia had their first state visit here in seven years. You may remember, Clueless Joe had to beg Boris Johnson to call up the Saudis on his behalf because they weren’t even taking Biden’s calls.

Trump even worked in a subtle dig there when he shook the Crown Prince’s hand, and brought up Biden’s awkward ‘fist-bump’ moment. Yeesh. Those were not some of America’s finest moments.

Not surprisingly, Dem-friendly journos were looking for any to work in the Epstein story they could — so long as the answer didn’t involve embarrassing any Democrats or leftwing donor types.

As you remember, back in July, Trump was instructing the DOJ to release as many of the credible documents about Epstein they could find. Dems thought they found a wedge issue they could batter Trump with, and they were on it like a dog on a bone. Dem journos were happy to follow suit. It was almost comical to see clips where the networks tied themselves into knots, letting crackpot lefties spew their wildly groundless conspiracy theories about Trump doing bad things with Epstein victims — quickly followed by anchors reading prepared legal letters verbatim declaring there was no evidence of wrongdoing on Trump’s part in this matter.

As of this week, it was clear that both sides were agreed that we would proceed with releasing the Epstein files, come what may. The vote was to take place on Tuesday, and was all but unanimous.

You’d think the matter was settled, right?

Nope.

Mary Bruce had to keep looking for a way to make Epstein the story even AFTER the question of making the files public was a fait accomplit.

Of course, for those of us who could have passed Mary Bruce on the street without knowing who she was, Trump shone a spotlight on her that opened up heaps of evidence proving his point on just how hopelessly partisan she, and possibly the network she works for, really are.

The tweets of those who backed her were your typical range of ‘you go girl’ resistance wishcasting to the long-since-threadbare contempt-contest of who has the most colorful phrase to express their disdain for the President they’ve all hated since the day he broke Hillary’s heart in 2016.

Others came to Mary Bruce’s defence. But it backfired.

How appropriate. Since Mary Bruce has four X posts up since the off-year elections, three of which invoke Epstein’s name and one in which she makes sure to include Nigeria’s objection to the allegation that Christians are being genocided there, there’s something poetic about the rabidly partisan WH press corps being called out as the ‘Epstein Island for Journos’.

Nice. Has a ring to it, even.
