Pelosi’s Retirement Announcement Puts Finishing Touch On Trump’s ‘Trophy Room’
They thought they had him down and out in the Biden years... but Trump gets the last laugh
He who laughs last… laughs loudest. And today, Trump is the one doing the laughing.
In case you haven’t heard the news, Nancy Pelosi just announced she would not be running for re-election. She probably knows that even if she had the youth and energy to run again, she’d most likely be primaried by AOC’s buddies in the Democratic Socialists… and lose.
It may have taken a while to materialize… and for a little while during his time out of office, some were counting him down and out… but he bounced back and outlasted the cabal that fought so hard to destroy him.
Whatever is left of Biden is toast.
Kamala has made herself politically radioactive.
And Pelosi is slinking out the back door before her own party gets the chance to throw her out the front.
Our own Doug Giles responded to the news by reminding us about art he made 5 years ago that perfectly predicted who would be the last man standing. Or, in this case, sitting comfortably with a nice glass of — in his case — probably apple juice.
