Home Alone Is A Christmas Movie — But Is It A CHRISTIAN One Too?
It's not unsual to see Christ-types in film and literature... is he to be found here, too?

This is the time of year in which the keyboard class likes to take a break from mundane stories of politics and conflict and point their readers to more uplifting and wholesome stories.
Yours truly is no different.
Much is made about the debate over whether Die Hard counts as a Christmas movie. As fun as that contoversy has been in the past, it’s become a little stale.
I had seen one or two examples of people claiming that Home Alone had some Christian themes in it, including some details about Old Man Marley.
One thing I was NOT expecting was an excited breakdown of why the entire movie was pulsing with Christian references.
Judge for yourself. Are they reading too much into it, or has it been ‘hiding in plain sight’ all this time?
Did you all know that Old Man Marley in Home alone was a symbol of Jesus! Watch and tell us what you think! pic.twitter.com/o4bW0qxbf8

If you’re tired of the old Christmas movie debate, fire up the one about Home Alone being a Christmas movie or a Christian movie:
Are their observations legit?
Or too cute by half?
