Hegseth Delivers Some BAD News To A Certain Ivy League Darling

We’ve all seen the too-polite ‘its-not-you-it’s-me’ break ups? This is NOT one of them. Pete is absolutely clear about this breakup being the Ivy League’s fault.
We’ve come a long way from Harvard’s Puritan founding, being named after its first benefactor, a clergyman that bequeathed his estate and library so that, according to vote by the Great and General Court of the Massachusetts Bay Colony.
The institution that was to become Harvard College was established in 1636 by the General Council of Massachusetts, the first college to be founded in North America. It was intended to imitate the nature and purpose of many of the first Puritans’ English alma maters. We’ve come a long way from that, or even the school in which George Washington tool command of and his troops and which served as his headquarters in 1775.
They’ve made a hard pivot from the ‘assets’ column to the ‘liabilities’ column, and Pete Hegseth sees no reason to continue Uncle Sam’s relationship with Havard Yahd.
