Doug Giles and his team over at Liberty Fellowship aren’t just complaining about the current state of Christian praise and worship that sounds more like a top-40 song with a Jesus is my Prom date theme than anything the King David that led armies into battle and mentored military masters so tough that MMA fighters would walk on the other side of the street would ever have scratched onto a scroll.
They put it to modern music worthy of someone with that kind of kingly pedigree.
Maybe if more of the music in Church sounded like this, we wouldn’t have so much trouble getting men interested in showing up.
