Unlikely Figure Takes Dem’s Favorite Favourite Fulton County Talking Point… And Nukes It From Orbit

When will Liz Cheney apologize to Trump for slandering him over 2020 election irregularities?

Not only did the Pelosi/Cheney/Kinzinger attempt to impeach Trump fail… we now have objective proof that Trump really WAS standing in defense of election integrity, and his longstanding objections seem to have some real merit.

In response to an FBI investigation into criminal wrongdoing with respect to how the Fulton County 2020 election was handled, no less that a sitting judge has signed off on claims that evidence of potential criminal wrongdoing rises to the level of justifying a judicial warrant by which the investigation can proceed to take evidence into custody.

The Dem/Cheney/Kinzinger impeachment circus in 2021 was based on a lie from the very start. When Trump pressed Raffensperger to double-check the votes, Trump knew that he was only a few thousand votes away From the count breaking in his favour, and if claims of double-scanned votes or invalid votes being added to the count could be substantiated, he would carry Georgia. The WaPo story Dems cited for impeachment was easily disproven (ClashDaily ran the actual phone call transcript that same week), and WaPo was finally shamed into retracting the story months after the fact. But Pelosi, Cheney, Kinzinger etc wanted Trump’s scalp so badly they didn’t care about the truth.

When we saw sketchy shenanigans in swing state after swing state long after the polls closed, and vote totals in which Trump was pulling ahead suddenly break HARD for Joe Biden, together with growing reports and suspicious videos of suitcases being pulled out from under tables in Georgia, or windows being covered or vote observers being thrown out while counts were ongoing, and swing state after swing state miraculously broke for Biden at the last minute, it was only reasonable for skeptics to insist that we scrutinize the entire process for irregularities or other direct evidence of fraud.

Because of quirks of the court system can’t challenge before the vote because harm has not yet occurred, and can’t challenge after because the case is now ‘mooted’, evidence of wrongdoing was never laid out before the court. Dems and media types were happy to declare that courts had ruled there was no fraud. That’s not entirely accurate. They ruled that no hearings into allegations of fraud would be heard.

And so, Trump and many of his supporters have maintained that despite the outcomes of 2020 being long since past reversing, scrutinizing the process that generated those results was still fair game.

And so, last month, a judge ordered some 700 boxes of Fulton County election records be handed over to investigators, on the probable cause of criminal conduct having played a role in the 2020 election cycle.

Just the News summarized key details well, as follows.

Evans’ affidavit, dated Jan. 28, cited five major areas of irregularities under investigation, including that:

  • Fulton County has admitted that it does not have scanned images of all the 528,777 ballots counted during the Original Count or the 527,925 ballots counted during the state’s first recount, a major loss of evidence.
  • Fulton County has confirmed that during the Recount of votes, some ballots were scanned multiple times. “Ballot images made available in response to public record requests show ballots with unique markings duplicated within the ballot images,” the affidavit said.
  • During the Risk Limiting Audit, auditors counting the votes by hand reported vote tallies for batches inconsistent with the actual votes within the batch. “The State’s Performance Review Board reported that Secretary of State investigators confirmed inaccurate batch tallies from the Risk Limiting Audit,” the affidavit said.
  • Auditors assisting in the Risk Limiting Audit reported counting purported absentee ballots that had “never been creased or folded, as would be required for the ballot to be mailed to the voter and for the ballot to be returned in the sealed envelope requiring the voter’s signature for authentication.”
  • On the day of the deadline to report the Recount results, Fulton County reported a recount totaling 511,343 ballots, 17,434 ballots fewer than the original count. “The following day, Fulton County then reported a total of 527,925 ballots counted,” the affidavit noted.

The fact that a judge ruled there was probable cause to justify the FBI taking these documents for their investigation is more than valid evidence that the ‘Election Deniers’ were not just trying to overturn an election but — as ClashDaily has maintained through the entire process — we wanted to complete a satisfactory investigation by which the integrity of the voting process — and therefore America’s elected officials — would be shown to be transparent and trustworthy.

Trump was not ‘inciting an insurrection’ on J6. He was encouraging his supporters to work within the framework expressly spelled out in the Constitution for how to resolve exactly the kind of question raised by contested results. Even the solution proposed by Cruz and Hawley relied on the same mechanism unsuccessfully invoked against Dubya in 2004 and 2008, as well as Trump in 2016, by challenging the certification of certain states. What made those challenges different was they did not meet the criteria and threshold of having a Senator sign off on the challenge. But 2020 was different.

Ted Cruz was offering a non-partisan solution of having a blue ribbon panel examine the contested venues and report back several days later, reporting back before the next date-certain constitutional deadline within which they had to work.

Finally, in this Year of Our Lord 2026, we finally have the FBI looking into some serious discrepancies in the vote totals, and whether they represent criminality, and if so, whose.
