Uniformed Protester Injures 3 Cops In Capitol Protest, Navy Seal Senator Helps End It (VIDEO)

There's a right way to protest your government, and this ain't it.

It got spicy when Senater Tim Sheehy jumped in to help 3 Capitol Police take control of a protester who turned violent at the Capitol, injuring the three police as they tried to restrain and remove him from official hearings at the Senate Armed Services Committee.

Did we mention the Senator is a Navy Seal?

Here is the Senator’s post in response to the incident.

Another clip starts a little earlier, showing police struggling to contain Brian McGinnis.

This one, likely filmed by someone who knew what he was doing, and obviously friendly to McGinnis or at least his position (as evidenced by the captioning) caught the altercation from more or less the beginning when security tried to escort him way.

In the struggle to have him physically removed from the room (where again, 3 cops were injured), US Marine Corps veteran Brian McGinnis threw his arm around the door jamb to resist being escorted out of the room. A loud ‘snap’ was heard, in which it has been speculated that a bone in either his arm or his hand was broken in the struggle.

In his outburst, he laid the blame for this war at the feet of Israel, shouting that America does not want to fight this war, or send it’s sons and daughters to fight there.

Such a statement can be made in almost any context. But as any J6er can tell you, if you disrupt official government proceedings (of which this is one), you are NOT, in fact, exercising free speech. You are committing a crime. Capitol Police were well within their right to remove him from the premises, and he would not have been hurt in any way but for the manner in which he resisted.

Brian McGinnis, now a firefighter, served 4 years in the Marine Corps, including Iraq. He is currently running as a Green Party candidate for a Senate seat in North Carolina, although that will be complicated by the fact that he currently faces three counts of assaulting a police officer.

As for why he might feel so strongly about this particular conflict that he would risk arrest?

Well, Laura Loomer has come upon one possible explanation.

Could it be motivated principled opposition to working alongside Israel? It’s possible.

Is it JUST as possible that someone sees the Palestinian War Effort about to lose all of its Iranian funding, and knows that could be a death knell to the money anti-israel terror operations based out of Lebanon, Yemen and the Gaza Strip have very much relied on?

Sure looks like that’s just as plausible, in light of what Loomer posted.
