Dems And Journos Decry Violence… But The Shooter Was Responding To THEIR Rhetoric

Once again, an attempt was made on the President’s life, and once again the left is making a pretense of caring about stepping back from political violence.

Let’s pretend that Kimmel didn’t make a ‘joke’ a day or two earlier (at his own mock version of the WHCD) about Melania having the ‘glow of an expectant widow’ about her.

Let’s pretend that the New York Times didn’t have Hasan Piker casually explaining his rationale for justifying the murder of political enemies (like the UnitedHealthcare executive Brian Thompson), when he’s on record calling for the streets to run with the blood of capitalists, and has specifically called for the killing of Senator Rick Scott, last year. There has been no disavowal by the left. In fact, Bernie Sanders, AOC, and others have been more than happy to share a stage with him in public appearances.

Jeffries vowed ‘Maximum Warfare’ just last week.

And have we already forgotten that Axis story ‘Democrats told to “get shot” for the anti-Trump resistance‘ where Dems are being pressured by their own base:

“Our own base is telling us that what we’re doing is not good enough … [that] there needs to be blood to grab the attention of the press and the public,” the lawmaker said.
A fourth House Democrat said constituents have told them “civility isn’t working” and to prepare for “violence … to fight to protect our democracy.”

Congrats guys. Message received by the guy who tried to shoot up the WHCD over the weekend.

The attacker, who’s name is now confirmed as 31yo Cole Allen, left a manifesto which included, among other things…

“Turning the other cheek is for when you yourself are oppressed. I’m not the person raped in a detention camp. I’m not the fisherman executed without trial. I’m not a schoolkid blown up or a child starved or a teenage girl abused by the many criminals in this administration.”

It should be noted that Dems made a point of visiting an ICE facility and amplifying allegations of Rape alleged to have happened inside.

They have been strangely silent about all of the times that Americans have been the victims of repeat criminal offenders let out on lenient sentences, or (worse still) foreign born repeat offenders that sanctuary cities have refused to turn over to Immigration enforcement. Dems have even gone so far as to paint over murals made in the memory of legal immigrant from Ukraine, Iryna Zarutska. Because the harsh light of reality such murals shed on Leftist policy is bad for their narratives.

The fishermen? That would be a reference to the high speed drug boats being interdicted. Elected Democrats have expressly muddied the waters on that issue by claiming they were innocent fishermen… as if a trawler and a high-speed smuggling boat had any meaningful similarities.

And the school kids? That would be a reference to the still-unresolved, but currently investigated claims of whether the building that was hit on property adjacent to a valid military target, and (as has been reported in some cases) was owned by the military had been errantly struck. Of course, an inquisitive mind might inquire why a school is in the same location as military targets. But why would such details matter when you’ve already made up your mind.

Obama tried to claim we did not know the man’s motive, and he was saddened by this attack.

But that really isn’t true either.

Nor is the claim that he was a crazed nutter with a mind reduced to pudding.

It’s worse than that. He heard the endless leftist rhetoric about Nazis, the end of Democracy, about Trump being a threat to the rule of Law, on and on and on … and retweeted it.

And don’t let the veiled Christian language fool you, either.

We now have Bluesky posts from the now-deleted profile of the shooter who tried to assassinate Trump at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner.

As for what REALLY motivated him…? It’s pretty simple, really. He believed everything the Democrats and the media were saying about Trump.

He actually argued that Tulsi was a ‘Russian Asset’. That’s a debunked Hillary lie from 2020.

Believed the weirdly specific wild claims that Kennedy would do away with vaccines.

There were others as well.

The ink wasn’t yet dry on the SPLC Grand Jury indictments that exposed allegations that they were ginning up the very hate they were raising money to fight… and we’re finding that they guy who tried to shoot up the WHCD was not a psycho who heard space aliens in his fillings.

He heard something far more sinister. He heard the endless drumbeat of claims that the OTHER party isn’t just wrong, they’re evil and they’re out to kill you.

As we have said many times before — when you repeatedly call an elected official ‘nazi’ and ‘worse than Hitler’, you create not only a permission structure, but (worse than that) a heroic narrative that anyone who gets sucked into the vortex of propaganda can paint themselves as a national saviour if he does this one heinous act.

They never stop to ask themselves if they’re just another John Wilkes Booth dressing up a callow and senseless murder for the most cynical political aims as somehow being a ‘righteous act’.
