HILARIOUS: Virginia’s New AG Is Becoming The 4th Stooge Of Legal Action… Mocked Accordingly
The more you see this clown at work, the more we appreciate having AGs like Paxton and Bailey on our side

Democrats had their say in Virginia, and results tell us they showed up to the polls in greater numbers. Not only did that put Spanberger in her seat as Governor, but it filled down-ballot seats with Comrades in their lurch to the left… sometimes tumbling off the left edge of the map altogether.
She had taken a seam ripper to the current patchwork of laws, and immediately began replacing them with much of the hard-left’s wish list to Santa. (Or would that be Marx and Engles?)
After promising not to mess with redistricting, she violated her own state’s Constitution in the steps by which she tried to replace a 6-5 Democrat-friendly map with a 10-1 waffle-stomping of ANY chance Republicans would have of sending a representative government comparable to their state demographics to vote (or even voice!) their priorities at the Federal level.
There were four separate lines of dispute wherein the legality of the 10-1 map the left had sunk tens of millions on passing could be questioned. The violation of explicit timelines was not only the most flagrant violation, but it was the one that carried the day in court. Dems can whine all they want about the ruling, but we must remember, this was by no means the only arrow in their quiver in seeing this map struck down.
Who is Jay Jones? You may remember him by the scandal of him wishing harm on his opponents, not hypothetical opponents he never knew, but a spouse and children he had met. In the texts, Jones described a scenario in which Gilbert “gets two bullets to the head,” followed by a wish that the Republican lawmaker’s children “die in their mother’s arms.” (See: Virginia Mercury)
That might have been evidence enough that the left wasn’t sending their best for the job. But his actual track record since taking the job in January is showing that inadequate temperament is only the beginning of his sorrows.
He’s just not that good at his job.
Ok, so he got his backside handed to him on the Redistricting case. It happens. Even Matlock would have lost that case. The GOP held all the cards on that one. But like all Democrats these days, Jay Jones is a street fighter, you see. And he won’t take no for an answer.
He Appealed the original ruling. Unfortunately for him, what he filed was a public document. And he’s been mocked for it.

To be fair, we should have seen that coming…

When that didn’t work, he tried again.
This time, he’s appealing to the Supreme Court. There are all kinds of reasons that’s a ridiculous idea, including (and especially) there is nothing in this case that even remotely touches on federal authority.
Normally, that would be bad enough. But he’s going all in on becoming a laughingstock. He didn’t even bother to get the paperwork right on his appeal to SCOTUS.

Jennings sets the folks on CNN straight on this question — explaining why SCOTUS won’t be at all interested in it, before ripping the mask off of Democrats’s authoritarian streak.

He explains to CNN viewers that Dems want to retaliate against Virginia’s court by NUKING it with a ‘mandatory retirement age’ that just happens to mirror that of the youngest member, and pack the court with bobbleheads willing to rubber-stamp their political agenda.
When a Dem tried to ‘fact-check’ him… Jennings pantsed him on TV.
