You’re not just Merkel’s best student. You have surpassed her. Ms. von der Leyen, mired in scandals with serious allegations of corruption, Pfizergate, missing messagesand refusal to submit to scrutiny. And all of this without the legitimacy of the European citizen’s vote.
Just with the backing of the Socialists, and Weber. Ms. von der Leyen, you have devastated us!

As you might guess, she’s an elected representative from a broader European movement whose priorities aren’t so different from what energized MAGA in the first place. From the website:
