HONDURAS: Someone Tell Kamala We’ve Found Her ‘Root Cause’ Of Illegal Migration

They've been playing us for years... now they've been caught

When Biden’s Veep was tapped as ‘Border Czar’ she made a big deal about sending money South to solve those ‘root causes’ — turns out THAT was part of the problem.

For decades, Washington politicians have been sending boatloads of cash to corrupt regimes in South and Central America with the idea that we could buy their cooperation and get relief.

Juan Orlando Hernández was President of Honduras through three American presidential administrations, and each of them was assured that, in exchange for large infusions of American cash, Honduras would cooperate with us in our work against the cartels.

The officials running the show there never stopped to ask themeselves the obvious question: if we can give money in exchange for cooperation, what stops him from doing the same thing with the other side?

As Hernández stands trial in New York, the case being raised against him looks grim.

Mexican drug lord Joaquín “El Chapo” Guzmán personally handed a briefcase filled with $1 million to the brother of Juan Orlando Hernández, the one-time Honduran president, in hopes that his election would secure a drug trafficking route through Honduras, a former supplier to El Chapo testified Thursday.

Amilcar Alexander Ardon Soriano, the former mayor of the Honduran town of El Paraíso, who previously pleaded guilty to a laundry list of violent drug offenses — including drug trafficking, murder, and torture — testified in the Manhattan federal trial of Hernández.

Prosecutors accuse the ex-Honduras president, who was first elected in 2013, of working for years with “violent” drug traffickers to harm the United States.

In court documents, prosecutors wrote that Hernández told his coconspirators he wanted to “stuff the drugs up the noses of the gringos.”

The trial, which began with opening statements Wednesday, sheds light on how deep the corruption of the drug cartel runs in Honduras — and how that corruption allows cocaine to end up on the streets of cities and towns in America.

Predictably, some of the usual media sources play up the fact that Hernández was praised as cooperative during the Trump administration, conveniently leaving out the fact that he met with Obama and Biden, too.

He was playing the taxpayer for suckers and the so-called intelligence community was — once again — in the dark. Maybe if they weren’t so distracted by trying to take down Trump, they could have clued in sooner.

In the video, above, Jesse Watters interviews a DEA agent that knew exactly how ‘cooperative’ the Honduran regime was.

Enough clues were right there in his obstruction of a RICO case to show whose side he was really on. But he wasn’t arrested until 2022, well after he had stepped down.

And what were were told by Biden and Harris from the first few months of their administration?

“In light of the dire situation and acute suffering faced by millions of people in El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras, Vice President Harris announced an additional $310 million in U.S. government support,” a fact sheet released by the White House said.

It was the same stale talking points — even then.
