SCOTUS struck down HUNDREDS of wrongfully-applied charges of obstruction the Biden admin slapped against J6 defendants, and suddenly Dems don’t care about interference in official proceedings?
Nice try, guys. This is an on-video violation of a specific criminal statute, not a Frankensteined grab-bag of charges meant to intimidate and harrass political enemies holding opinions disfavored by the establishment class.

The mayor gets the charges dropped, but the rep, who seems to have thrown hands at law enforcement (on camera), will have to have her day in court.

Representative LaMonica McIver assaulted, impeded, and interfered with law enforcement in violation of Title 18, United States Code Section 111(a)(1). That conduct cannot be overlooked by the chief federal law enforcement official in the State of New Jersey and it is my Constitutional obligation to ensure that our federal law enforcement is protected when executing their duties’.
I have persistently made efforts to address these issues without bringing criminal charges and have given Representative McIver every opportunity to come to a resolution, but she has unfortunately declined.
No one is above the law — politicians or otherwise. It is the job of this office ot uphold justice impartially, regardless of who you are. Now we will let the justice system work.

Congress wasted NO time removing Rep Santos from office when he was charged with a crime. Surely Democrats will be every bit as vigilant in policing their own.
Especially since she has been caught on film participating in the very same violence against law enforcement that Democrats used as justification to spend the last four years stripping the J6 defendants of any semblance of due process.
As they shouted from the rooftops when Trump was on trial: no one is above the law.
They weren’t engaging in bad-faith cynicism, were they?
