Congressional Testimony Challenges Validity Of Biden’s Executive Orders… Including The Pardons
The work of Congress is continuing to clean up Biden's messes

Whatever the White House insiders hoped to accomplish or avoid by using Biden’s autopen, may have backfired in a big way.
This question will become especially relevant for all of the pardons Biden handed out to members of his administration (including General Milley and Fauci), the J6 ‘Unselect committee’ who look to have obstructed justice, and varios Biden family members.
There was a collective groan of dismay when it became apparent that bad actors were going to get away consequence-free with their bad behavior.
But will they? In Congressional testimony, the question was asked about whether orders signed by an autopen carried the force of law.
Here is the exchange:
July 15, 2022 – Biden’s first autopen’ed executive order…
From that point forward, everything coming out of that White House should be overturned.
Biden had the most corrupt White House in history…

With Trump announcing the autopen orders as not having legal force, and the DOJ investigating the same, this takes us into some interesting territory.
Especially if, say, General Milley — who was back-channeling with China to undermine Trump 45 — finds himself legally ezposed.
