OOPS: Ilhan’s Recent Social Media Post Was A BRUTAL Unforced Error

Did she FORGET that translator apps let us know what those lyrics REALLY say

Just an ordinary girl, doing ordinary things, talking a stroll and listening to music. Nothing at all like the scary, malign, corrupt America-haters that her critics paint her to be … right? WRONG.

Dems have been busy in damage control mode, not only because Minnesota is ground zero for serious corruption allegations on a scale that beggars the imagination, but it’s exposing the grift of insiders, including political rising stars of the hard left on which Dems so desperately depend, like Ilhan Omar.

She’s under criminal investigation for so many different types of potential offences that commentators have trouble agreeing on which ones are most likely at the heart of the trial. Immigration fraud is often at the heart of such discussions.

A new allegation claiming she leak classified information to Somalia while America was deliberating on how to handle independence claims of Somaliland isn’t helping her case any:

Personally triggering armed conflict, huh? That’s a claim to fame not many Congresswomen can boast about.

Let us recall a quote from the friendly press source ‘Star Tribune’, the version she claimed was the REAL translation of a far less charitable translation she disputed as unfairly characterizing her words.

Omar’s office pointed to a more accurate translation of her speech posted online. A Star Tribune reporter who speaks Somali listened to the speech and reviewed the transcript, and found it matched Omar’s actual comments. It said:
“My answer was the U.S. government will do what we tell the U.S. government to do. We as Somalis should have that confidence in ourselves. We live in this country. We pay taxes in this country. It’s a country where one of your own sits in Congress. As long as I’m in Congress no one will take Somalia’s sea. And the United States will not support other people to rob us. Rest assured Minnesotans. The woman you sent to Congress is aware of you and has the same interest as you.” — StarTribune (Jan 2024)

How could you possibly get a ‘touch grass’ post about enjoying nature wrong with such an innocuous phrase as ‘less scrolling more strolling, enjoying our beautiful Minnesota lakes’?

Someone took an interest in the song Ilhan chose to pair that ‘lovely moment’ with. They ran it through a translation.

That’s a awfully… MILITANT … tone for a supposed ‘lovely stroll’ dontcha think, Ilhan?

We all know she speaks the language.

Promises of suffering, racial superiority of Arabs, conquest and death of others? Jizya? Punishment and humiliation?

I ran the same check. Here’s what came back:

The background track in Ilhan Omar’s video is the 2023 Somali song “Nimaan Ciilayba Icaaya” (also styled “Nimaan Ciilay Baa I Caaya”) by Ilkacase Qays featuring Hodan Abdirahman. Multiple independent sources—including a certified English translation commissioned by the Washington Free Beacon, renderings by Somali speakers, and alignments with the original Somali lyrics available on Genius—confirm the core content and tone.

Feel free to do your own checking, you can find the lyrics here.

Hey Obama!

Care to comment on the conquer, subject and humiliate aspirations of the candidate you’re so desperately trying to prop up?
