Barack Obama: Waging Bio Warfare Against the United States?
In December 2008, just one month after Barack Obama was elected, a bipartisan commission study briefed Vice President-elect Joe Biden and warned him that “The United States can expect a terror attack using nuclear or more likely biological weapons before 2013.”
The 112-page study was entitled A World at Risk and alerted the newly-elected “fundamental transformer” that efforts needed to be stepped up to counter the inevitable terrorism threats headed America’s way. The report stated that “Our margin of safety is shrinking, not growing.”
The “At Risk” report was the work of the Commission on the Prevention of WMD Proliferation and Terrorism of the United States Congress also known as the Graham/Talent WMD Commission, led by former Senators Bob Graham (D-FL) and Jim Talent (R-MO).
More concerned about a biological threat, the commission’s report warned:
The biological threat is greater than the nuclear; the acquisition of deadly pathogens, and their weaponization and dissemination in aerosol form, would entail fewer technical hurdles than the theft or production of weapons-grade uranium or plutonium and its assembly into an improvised nuclear device.
At the time, Senator Graham cautioned that “anthrax remains the most likely biological weapon.” However, the senator also advised that “contagious diseases, such as the influenza strain that killed 40 million early in the 20th century, are looming threats.”
Now here we are six years later, and little did the Graham/Talent commission know when they released their study that neither WMDs nor nuclear suitcase bombs would be the gravest threat to America – Barack Obama would.
Clearly, the guy setting the safety-first example with his bicycle headgear is well aware, but just doesn’t care, that if people carrying infectious illnesses are not contained and quarantined, no amount of “safe sex”, gun control, or healthy eating is going to save millions of American lives from being threatened.
Graham and Talent could never have imagined that a form of germ warfare would indeed be visited upon the same citizenry that “Recommendation 13” of the commission’s report suggested Obama work with to prevent terrorism, and that the one doing the proliferating would be the President of the United States.
Make no mistake – It is Barack Obama who is actively inflicting a cunning form of bacterial/viral radicalism upon the American people, and the truth is that neither counter-proliferation planning nor six-year-old recommendations from a congressional commission are going to curtail that effort. That’s why al-Qaeda and all their cohorts need not expend their precious terrorism energies on America.
The bio-terrorism we’re experiencing is being ignored because of the supposed “humanitarian crisis” on the border, which, on Barack Obama’s list of priorities, apparently takes precedence over the health and well-being of the 300 million people the president took an oath to protect.
Worse yet, there are some who believe this so-called humanitarian crisis is being purposely generated by a Saul Alinsky/Cloward-Piven acolyte who excels at deliberately engineering emergencies he can solve with policy solutions that the American people would otherwise reject.
Barack Obama is well aware that the threat of disease and sickness will generate mass panic and national alarm, yet he invites in what some healthcare professionals predict could cause a widespread epidemic. After manipulating our healthcare system to make it worse than it already was, next up in the Cloward-Piven overwhelm-the-system strategy was to follow up the Obamacare takeover by escorting thousands of illegal immigrants with contagious diseases across the border into our neighborhoods, overcrowded schools, and stressed-out health care system.
In 2008, when Graham said about terrorism that “We think time is not our ally. The (United States) needs to move with a sense of urgency,” he was unaware that Barack Obama would end up moving “with a sense of urgency” toward causing the kind of disaster in America that worldwide extremists have failed to reprise since 9-11.
Instead of dark al-Qaeda types visiting another nightmare upon credulous Americans, under the direction of a destructive president the federal government is arranging for illegals with contagious diseases to be transported to the four corners of the nation and everywhere in between, which, to paraphrase Obama, will definitely “spread the [germs] around.”
At present, the dilemma is that the only difference between al-Qaeda’s work and what America is being subjected to is that what is being inflicted on us has been summoned by someone who, rather than promote the “bio secure culture” recommended in the 2008 report, is nurturing a bio insecure disaster.
Diseases such as incurable infectious TB, measles, polio, norovirus, scabies, leprosy, Changa’s disease and guinea worm, all maladies either foreign to our soil or eradicated decades ago, are being spread by human canisters laden with viral and bacterial contamination whom the president is shepherding here under the guise of compassionate immigration reform.
Why bother with a report by a commission that addresses the prevention of WMD proliferation if, with Obama’s approval, instead of sarin gas being released inside a New York City subway, 10 illegals with Third-World hygiene habits cough and sneeze their way from Jamaica, Queens to Manhattan on a crowded train?
The only difference in the lethal nature of the two types of exposure is that nerve gas makes short work of killing you and causes less pain than the much slower-acting MDR-TB.
Just six short years ago, Bob Graham said the threat of a terror attack using nuclear or biological weapons was growing “not because we [had] not done positive things but because adversaries [were] moving at an even faster pace to increase their access” to those materials.
In their wildest dreams, no one could have ever imagined that the fast-paced adversary transporting deadly human infections to the heart of America would be none other than the current occupant of the White House, Barack Obama.
