DEAR ‘MEDIA’: College Republican President ASSAULTED – Is That A ‘HATE CRIME?’

Oh, CNN! Looks like you missed this story. Or are you just going to label it ‘fake news’?

It’s astounding.

The Media (D) will breathlessly cover made up stories about Trump supporters attacking Democrats.

And then they find out that the story isn’t true.

There is wall-to-wall coverage of every slight, insult and ‘dirty look’ from one side of the aisle.

If you’re a Republican, however, you just have to grow up and deal with it.

If you’re attacked on campus, the Media (D) doesn’t see your story as fit to print.

Electoral College voters getting death threats to change their vote from Trump?

Yawn.

We are told that college ‘safe spaces’ where everyone has to use the right pronoun and students can color and pet some animals and have a good cry because Hillary lost and that means the end of women everywhere are a good thing.

good-thing

And this is supposed to make college a more ‘tolerant’ and ‘inclusive’ environment.

wrong

What it does do is create an echo-chamber where it becomes increasingly difficult to handle differing views when you’re out of the ‘safe space’.

That’s when things like this happen:

The president of the Cornell University College Republicans said she was shoved to the ground and called a “racist bitch” the night after the election, and campus officials are currently investigating the incident.

“I was actually assaulted on campus for being a Republican,” Olivia Corn told The Tab. “I had someone throw me to the ground and say: ‘Fuck you, racist bitch, you support a racist party.”

Corn gave the same account to The Ithaca Voice.

“Out of nowhere I was on my phone and looking at my email and out of nowhere I felt two hands grab my shoulders and just sort of threw me to the ground, and they were yelling ‘Fuck you racist bitch, you support a racist party,’” Corn said.

She has reported the incident to Cornell police and the university’s Title IX office.

“I now walk with an alarm at all times. That’s pretty much my new normal. I don’t walk by myself after a certain time, once it gets dark. And that’s not something I should have to be concerned with,” Corn told The Tab. “I’m a college student, I’m just trying to get good grades, get to law school, keep my head down – besides being the head of an organization.

“It weighs in the back of my mind when I walk places now.”

It’s disgusting that this girl is now fearful of walking alone on her college campus.

It’s also disgusting that we’re just learning about it more than a month after the incident.

The story was buried.

Can’t imagine why…

Cute, white college Republican girl is sworn at, shoved and called racist.

That’ll never make the headlines.
