One Michigan woman’s 2-year legal battle with Planet Fitness has come to an end.
And it’s crap.
After nearly two years of litigation, a Michigan court ruled against plaintiff Yvette Cormier, who filed a complaint regarding a transgender woman — biological man — utilizing the women’s locker room at Planet Fitness, the Daily Wire reports.
Shorty after joining her local Planet Fitness in Midland, Michigan, Mrs. Cormier encountered a man in the women’s locker room. Feeling uncomfortable, she notified the front desk at Planet Fitness that a man was in the women’s locker room.
In the name of its “no judgment policy,” Cormier was told that whatever sex an individual self-identifies as allows that person to have full access to the corresponding facilities at Planet Fitness.

Cormier went back to Planet Fitness and over the next couple of days, she warned other women about the shocking policy. Planet Fitness told her to stop, but she didn’t. The gym then canceled her membership.
She then sued Planet Fitness ‘claiming invasion of privacy, sexual harassment under the Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act (CRA), retaliation, gender-based discrimination, breach of contract, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and violation of the Michigan Consumer Protection Act’ reported Law Newz.
The judge ruled that since the man made no overt sexual advance to Cormier, she didn’t suffer sexual harassment or ‘severe emotional distress’.
Cormier’s lawyer says they are definitely going to appeal the decision.
How did this become ok?
I’m old enough to remember when people used biology to determine gender — the dangly bits meant that you were male, and those ‘feminine curves’ were indicators that you were female.
If you had the dangly bits, you shouldn’t be going into the women’s locker room.
But now it’s all the ‘science of feelings’.
No matter how you ‘feel’ about it, a dude can’t be a chick.
Genetically, it’s just not possible.
Just like a dude can’t be a Pink Fairy Armadillo, no matter how much he ‘feels’ like one.
Still genetically impossible.
And the PC police are labeling those that speak about science as ‘transphobic’.
Nah fam, y’all are ‘biologyphobic’.
This female ClashDaily Editor has a message for the ‘intersectional’ man-hating Feminists out there: Step up!
Women’s sports will be a thing of the past because ‘women’ that were born as men (and are still genetically men) will win all the competitions.
And you’ll have to change with these dudes that will remind you of it every time they strip down in your locker room.
And they’ll be snickering.
At you.
Because they’d be taking away all the scholarships and awards that should go to women.
Doesn’t that make the men win?
