Trump Stays Defiant In Face Of Judicial Threats To Jail Him For Speaking

The judge is getting frustrated by Trump saying whatever he wants and then paying the fine for every infraction, he’s indicating he’s ready to escalate the consequences to include incarceration.

And why not?

If the judge makes good on that threat, Trump will have a new reason to appeal to a higher court and make the case that this judge is not only making unconstitutional decisions about his speech, but he’s a conflicted judge in a case that’s riddled with problems and constitutional questionability.
