Islamic Rage: Why America Has Earned It

506px-Liberty_Bell_2008“We are not afraid of death. The Americans love Pepsi Cola, we love death!” – Maulana Inyadullah, Afghanistan Jihadist

“The Muslim loves death and [strives for] martyrdom.” – Mufti Sheikh Ikrimeh Sabri, Palestinian Authority

“We have discovered how to hit the Jews where they are the most vulnerable. The Jews love life, so that is what we shall take away from them. We are going to win, because they love life and we love death.” – Hassan Nasrallah, Secretary General – Hezbollah

“All those that hate me love death.” – God, Proverbs 8:36

A MORMON, A RABBI AND AN ATHEIST WALK INTO A BAR …

“What unifies is certainly not our theologies but it certainly is our ethic,” said Rabbi Lapin turning to Penn Jillette, “But when we say religion can make good people do bad things – I think we’ve got to not lump all religions together. Here’s a really blunt question: Would the world be a better or worse place if a billion Muslims became evangelical Christians tomorrow?”

Penn, visibly uncomfortable and butt-shifting and seemingly reaching for a witty escape that would evade him, answered with excruciating reluctance, “All other things being equal? Then I think, yes.”

Such was the conversation on last week’s Glenn Beck show: A Mormon, a Jew and an atheist sit down to find common ground and surprisingly uncovered the fundamental truth in regards to Islam and the Western world — the mix is combustible. When an orthodox Rabbi and an unorthodox atheist agree that there is no moral equivalence between a fundamentalist Christian and the fundamentals of Islam, you have that watershed moment that thoroughly exposes the politically correct blinders that have been forced on us.

All religions are not the same. We don’t worship the same god and there are consequences to the worldview that we do embrace.

Penn is no fan of evangelical Christianity, yet his answer reveals, at least in implication, that if all religion is delusional and therefore evil, Islam is more delusional and more evil than Christianity. In this kernel of truth is found the root of Islamic rage against the West, which ultimately translates to a hatred of Israel and America. There is a reason that Imams refer to Israel as “Satan” and to America as the “great Satan.” Freedom cannot COEXIST with slavery any more than a chick can with a rat-snake.

While nominal Muslims can live peaceably and even appreciate the American way of life, Islamists are perfectly logical in their hatred of America and Israel. If one truly embraces the fundamentals of the Islamic faith then the obvious reaction to the “people of the book” will be repulsion. If they desire world conquest then they will detest the only men on the block who stand in their way. If they yearn for Sharia law, then hostility toward natural law, or what our founders called the “laws of nature and nature’s God”, will be their default setting. All paths do not lead to peace, liberty and prosperity.

ISLAMIC RAGE AND HOW WE’VE EARNED IT

One path leads to freedom and responsibility, the other to submission and subjection. One path honors life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness and the other – death, bondage and the pursuit of martyrdom. One path prizes women and elevates them to a level that is unseen in the rest of the world, even in the rest of history; the other reduces the role of women to baby-makers, and house-slaves — to be unseen, unheard and beaten if they disagree.

One path leads to prosperity, research and development — advancement in the arts and sciences; the other lives off the fumes of “transfer wealth” plundered from other civilizations, a worldview stuck in a medieval stupor that barely translates “other” literature into its own tongue. One path uses screws and ball-bearings as hardware to build a civilization; the other, as shrapnel to destroy one.
