Barack ‘Kardashian’ Obama Teaches Life Lessons

During a recent Amazon Kindle interview and subsequent tour of an Amazon distribution plant in Tennessee, Barack Obama confirmed that, without a doubt, he is totally out of touch with reality. During the outing, the president revealed a level of disconnect between what he does and what he says which confirms that the man is clueless.

President Obama insisted that, despite living in the lap of luxury, his young impressionable daughters Sasha and Malia remain sensitive to the tremendous financial struggles everyday Americans face.

According to the president, he and his wife Michelle take the time to “constantly remind Malia and Sasha of the slightly unreal environment that they’re in, and that that’s not the norm and they shouldn’t expect [it] to be the norm” – that is, when they’re not indulging in $4-million vacations, dressing in haute couture, entertaining celebrities, and circumnavigating the globe at taxpayer expense.

Come on now, Mr. President, are you saying your daughters are sensitive to the financial struggles of others because you tell them that their lives are “slightly unreal” and that in the future they “shouldn’t expect [how they live] to be the norm?” Actions speak louder than words.

And that’s not all – the president told Amazon editor David Blum that he has relatives who “struggle to get by,” and watching them struggle is what keeps his daughters realistic about life.

Besides the absurdity of his comments, what’s stunning is the president’s unabashed honesty – because face it, he’s never honest – and his utter lack of shame over being a prosperous millionaire and allowing his loved ones to suffer and struggle.

Is there a need to remind anyone that this is a man who talks about “sharing the wealth” and “leveling the playing field?” Clearly, based on what he told Mr. Blum, Barack Obama plans to accomplish both those goals, but not with his personal $12.2 million fortune or his wife Michelle’s, whose net worth is allegedly $11.8 million.

The president boasted that “One of the advantages we have is that we still have family members who are not only middle class, but we’ve got some family members who are poor.”

Obama shared that “Malia and Sasha have cousins who know what it’s like to struggle and know what it’s like to have to scrape by. They know that those kids are just as worthy as they are, they just haven’t had as much luck.”

So, the President of the United States considers his relatives’ poverty an “advantage” because their “scraping by” provides his overindulged daughters a valuable life lesson? Perhaps that’s why Obama chooses not to supplement his family’s income. On balance, maybe he thinks that if he did, it would deny Sasha and Malia lessons on the type of deprivation that results from policies he instituted.

Apparently the logic here is that you teach youngsters not to hurt living things by purposely making a puppy yelp in pain; that way children come to understand that torture hurts animals.
