Kabuki Theater Terror Threat Courtesy of Barack Obama?

Kabuki theater: a form of Japanese drama based on popular legends and characterized by elaborate costumes, stylized acting (TheFreedictionary.com). It reminds me of the midway at the local county fair. All of the games are rigged. As this week’s news unfolded, new revelations about “phony scandals” kept pouring in. It turns out that the IRS was colluding with the FEC to target Obama’s political opponents. Government employees on Obamacare, including Congressional staff and the IRS will have their health insurance subsidized by the government. The regime unilaterally and unlawfully decided to delay implementation of the health insurance mandate for corporations, but not for individuals (most small businesses file as individuals). CNN reports that CIA operatives from Benghazi are being hushed up. It turns out that the government wants to collect more than just meta data on all citizens. They want our passwords as well. And then, of course on Friday, the regime announces a major terror threat across the entire Middle East and North Africa and we are told that the threat is based on “specific” information. So specific, that they don’t know where or when the supposed attack will occur.

I may be somewhat jaded, but it all smells a tad bit fishy to me. As I’m writing this on Sunday, I may end up with egg on face on Monday, but for the safety of anyone involved, I pray that I am correct. I suspect that this is just “smoke and mirrors” to deceive us and create hysteria. This may just be a fraudulent magicians’ illusion intended to distract us from all of the phony scandals while the fascist coup proceeds to steal more of our freedom under the guise of national security. Apparently, I’m not the only conspiracy nut. Larry Johnson of No Quarter has a theory: “Having already singled out Saudi Arabia for a Travel Warning, the Obama Administration reacted to pressure from the Saudis and decided to issue a broader warning about the menace of unstoppable Al Qaeda terrorists. Yesterday’s fanfare announcement takes the heat off of the Saudis, but that’s where the threat actually lies.” As it turn out, the official State Department travel warning only applies to Saudi Arabia.

And all of this hysteria is orchestrated by a President who campaigned saying, “ al Qaeda has been decimated.” Of course that was a lie and Benghazi is proof of that. But, as I mentioned last week, this government is neither capable of nor willing to protect us from Islamic terror. In fact this regime is in league with the terrorists. They support the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt, illegally arm al Qaeda in Syria, and this week we learn that they exempt mosques from NSA snooping.
