LOCK-N-LOAD: Idaho Gov Signs Campus Carry Bill, Takes Effect July 1

On March 12th Idaho Governor C.L. ‘Butch” Otter (R) signed campus carry bill SB 1254 into law. It takes effect July 1st.

As Breitbart News reported on March 8th, the measure allows retired law enforcement and those with an “enhanced concealed-carry permit” to “carry firearms on campus except in such places as residence halls and public entertainment facilities like football stadiums.”
