CLOSE CALL: 5 Cubs Scamper Up Tree to Avoid Deadly Male Bear

Watch this mother bear quickly push her cubs up a tree as a boar approaches.  Why does she insist they high-tail it up a spruce?  Well, it’s because the adult males will kill the cubs in order to breed the sow.  What’s the matter?  Did they not show-and-tell you that in an anti-hunting Disney movie?  Aw.  Enjoy the video and good job mama bear.
