Compare these realities for a sense of where we stand:

GULF WAR COALITION 1991 – Afghanistan, Australia, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Belgium, Britain, Canada, Czechoslovakia, Egypt, France, Germany, Honduras, Hungary ,Italy, Kuwait , New Zealand, Niger, Oman, Poland, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia ,South Korea, Syria, United Arab Emirates, United States.
IRAQ WAR COALITION 2003 – Albania, Australia, Bahrain, Britain, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech, Denmark, Egypt, Eritrea, Estonia, Ethiopia, Hungary, Iceland, Israel, Italy, Kuwait, Japan, Jordan, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Netherlands, Oman, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United States.
OBAMA’S COALTION – John Kerry is working on it.  Meanwhile, BHO has had a lot to say, in a most unusual way:

“We don’t have a strategy.”
“No boots on the ground.”
“We will not intervene militarily.”
“We have 1000 advisers in Iraq.”
“Limited airstrikes in Iraq will commence.”
“We are looking at striking Syria.”
“We will increase sanctions.”
“Osama bin Laden is dead and Al Qaeda’s on the run.”
“I wake up every morning thinking about protecting America.”
“We are sending John Kerry to form a coalition.”
“I’m consulting with my national security team.”
“Israel must return to the 1967 borders.”
“We need to nip ISIL in the bud.”
“We need a political solution.”
“We need a diplomatic solution.”
“Removing Qaddafi was the right thing to do.”
“I promised we’d get out of Iraq, and we are out.”
“We will leave Afghanistan responsibly.”
“It was not my decision to leave Iraq.”
“I ended the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.”
“Releasing these Taliban leaders poses no threat to the U.S.”
“I draw a red line in Syria.”
“Islam is a religion of peace.”
“I’ll have more flexibility after I’m re-elected.”
“It’s the Iraqi’s problem.”
“It’s Bush’s fault. It’s Cheney’s fault.”
“It’s Mubarak’s fault, it’s Putin’s fault, it’s Maliki’s fault.”
“There is no military solution.”
“Rooting out ISIL won’t be easy and it won’t be quick.”
“U.S. military deployments and occupations caused extremism.”
“We’re leaving behind a sovereign, stable and self-reliant Iraq.”
“It’s not enough to honor (Vets) with words. Words are cheap.”
“It’s the Republican’s fault. It’s the media’s fault.”
“I didn’t know.  I heard about it in the news.”
“The world has never been so tranquil.”
“The world is just as messy as it has ever been.”
“What about Benghazi?”
