HOSPITALIZED! Tinker Bell and Bill Of Rights In ICU

Because so many people believe in Tinker Bell, she is expected to fully recover. The prognosis for the Bill Of Rights is poor !
I took two months off from writing articles 8/3 through 10/3/14. I was re-baptized on 8/3/14. I was told that I was hard-hearted and prayed that the Lord would soften my heart and bend me to his will. I spent two months analyzing my viewpoints looking for guidance to a kinder, gentler me. It turns out that my heart is full of kindness to victims and I believe that if Justice is given to our criminal elements it becomes a kindness to the non- criminals. Child molesters and rapists do not become repeat offenders after they are euthanized (given the death penalty with mercy).
Our screwed up society thinks that the fact that someone is put to death can be cruel and unusual punishment. Since everyone (to date) eventually dies, it is neither cruel or unusual. Death in itself cannot be cruel and unusual, only the method/manner of execution can be cruel and unusual. I am so gentle that I believe that we should give them their choice of methods for meeting their Maker (time limits imposed to save taxpayer funds). Let them die of a Colorado Rocky Mountain High, morphine, cranial lead pellet insertion, or what ever method meets their fancy.
It may interest you to know that the Supreme Court has denied hearing a case where three drug dealers were sentenced for a crime that they were found innocent of committing. That’s right – the jury found them innocent of the charges that the rapist judge (he certainly raped the Bill Of Rights) sentenced them for. Because the three Honorable Justices of the Supreme Court could not get a fourth judge from among the rest of the SCROTUMS to vote for a review of this sentence, the sentence stands.
By letting the lower court sentence stand that the drug dealers could be jailed for not committing the crimes that they were accused of doing, the court has just opened the doors for anyone to be convicted of anything that they happen to be innocent of doing. Hey – don’t take my word for it – look up the case –Jones v. U.S.
The judge made a decision of fact that the three drug dealers conspired to distribute drugs, but the JURY had just found them innocent of the same. That seems like double jeopardy to me. In addition, since it wasn’t legal to do this before his decision, but legal to do it after the final appeal – this is also an ex-post facto decision retroactively making the judges finding of fact – law.
This outgoing lack of constitutional tide is lowering all the boats. FBI agents recently tried to force entry into a home without a warrant, and when called out on it tried to get the Sheriff’s Office to Wave some paper and “Say” that it was a warrant. Fortunately, the Sheriff’s Department refused to make/use a “fake” warrant. That does not excuse them from failing to arrest the FBI agents for attempted illegal entry.

It’s getting so that I can’t even count the number of Commandments – err – Constitutional Amendments that the government breaks every week. The Constitution says that these rights were granted to us from our Maker. What say you? Can you even count the Constitutional violations shown ?
My conclusion is that the Lord doesn’t want me to soften my heart against our governments tyranny ! We need to return to God and to the Constitution He inspired. Can’t we get more believers in the Constitution than believers in Tinker Bell ?
Lord, protect and defend us against these breakers of the Constitution and the defilers of the God given rights that you have granted us. In Christ’s name I pray. Amen
