‘Moderate’ MUSLIMS: Living in Fear of Their Own Religion

I can’t remember when I first heard the word “terrorism”. Maybe it was the Vietnam conflict when children would walk into a bar filled with GI’s and civilians and drop a grenade and run back out the door. I believe that was considered an act of terrorism. Terrorism is living in a state of never knowing if and when someone you know or don’t know might just have an excuse for killing or maiming you.
I’m sure terrorism has probably been around since cavemen walked the earth finding reasons to dislike and kill each other. The Neanderthals were probably wiped off the earth by the later Homo Sapiens because they looked different or acted different or weren’t as intelligent.
Today we are faced with terrorism on a grand scale. The Muslim population, which is 2.08 billion or 28.26% of the world’s population and increasing at rate of 1.84% compared with the rest of the world’s population. They seemingly are the biggest threat to our way of life.
We try to think of most Muslims as moderate or peaceful citizens and have no reason to fear them. I have been giving that a lot of thought in the past few days and have come up with a different perspective to think about. Most, if not all, live in fear of their own religion and its, shaira law.
I’m not revealing my religious beliefs here but just suppose I was a Southern Baptist and our Holy Book gave the board of deacons the right to inflict severe bodily harm or even behead me if I decided I wanted to go down the street and become a Methodist. Suppose they could behead my children for watching an NFL game on television. Or stone my daughter for talking to a boy in public. Or stone my wife for adultery if I didn’t kill her myself for dishonoring my family. Is there anyway I could be considered a moderate Baptist under those conditions. Not hardly. I would be more prone to tell my wife to put on her burka, discipline my children severely and make sure everyone obeyed the Holy Book to the letter.
There are 4.69 million Muslims in America with more than two thousand mosques in America today, up 74% over the number before 09/11/01. Because of their Holy Book, the Koran, they cannot pledge allegiance to the United States nor in honesty, place their signature on the oath of citizenship.
The Islam religion began in the 7th century with their prophet Muhammad who dictated the Koran to his scribes. Peaceful at first until their converts grew large enough in numbers to become militant, then they began their expansion throughout Asia and Europe from India to Spain and North Africa.
Islam is still spreading today because of the lax immigration laws of Western Civilization and now there are few if any countries left that do not have Islamic settlements, Imams and mosques. Their terroristic rules of obedience to the Koran seems to have changed very little if any over their 1300 years of growth.
The following link to shariaunveiled is not for the faint hearted because it is disturbingly graphic. And I as I said before, if you live in fear of your terrifying enforcers of the religion you are commanded to worship, it’s extremely hard to be brave enough to be a moderate.
