But last night, First Lady Michelle Obama unveiled a new, curlier hairstyle for the annual White House Correspondents’ Dinner in Washington DC.

Mrs Obama, 51, was spotted sporting tight curls and a glamorous gold dress as she chatted with Hollywood A-listers, politicians and reporters.

She was joined at the glittering event by her husband, President Barack Obama, who later spoke in front of attendees and millions of viewers.

In his speech, Obama lashed out at seven of his Republican enemies – and also made jokes about both Hillary Clinton and his ‘best friend’ Joe Biden.
