“American Idol” judges were blown away on Wednesday night when 15-year-old Jeneve Rose Mitchell took to the audition stage, telling the teen — who lives “off the grid” with her family in Colorado — that they were truly impressed by her talents.

“We have no electricity … no power lines,” Mitchell told judges Keith Urban, Jennifer Lopez and Harry Connick Jr., before performing the song “Chainsaw” by The Band Perry.

The judges made it no secret that they admired the teen’s talents, which include singing and playing the cello.
