Establishment Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) will hold a fundraiser on Monday to support Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) for president.
CNN reported:
A draft of the invitation, obtained first by CNN, invites guests to “honor and support a great friend of Israel and the Jewish people,” at a meet-and-greet event that will take place during the AIPAC policy conference in Washington next week.
Graham is holding the fundraiser despite comments revealing his distaste for Cruz andfavor of John Kasich. Graham calls Cruz, “the best alternative to Donald Trump,” according to Politico. The fundraiser is expected to be held at Clyde’s Gallery Place with a minimum ticket price of $1,000.
