DEAR AMERICA: 15 Years Later, Have We Learned ANYTHING From 9/11?
In and around the 09/11/2001 terror attack, many songs came out, especially in country music about the day and what the artist was feeling as they heard about the attack.
One in particular stands out. Darryl Worley’s “Have You Forgotten”?
Have you forgotten how it felt that day? To see your homeland under fire and her people blown away. Have you forgotten when those towers fell? We had friends and neighbors still inside going through a living hell. And you say we shouldn’t worry ‘bout bin Laden. Have you forgotten?
Everyone should remember where they were and how it felt to see the ash, the smoke and to watch the people running for their lives as the Towers fell in upon themselves, leaving some to jump from the roof, some crushed to their death inside, some alive and trapped among the rubble for days until rescued.
Can anyone forget the First Responders, the Fire Fighters, the Police, and the EMTs? Their lives ended up in forfeit for those they hoped to save, yet could not reach.
What was these people’s crime? Were they murderers, thieves, or cons?
No, they were average citizens, who woke up in the morning, got ready for work, kissed their family goodbye and went off to do whatever it was they did for a living. They were mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers and neighbors who would be in the wrong place at the wrong time while doing the right things.
The man who masterminded the attack, Osama bin Laden, has supposedly been killed. He was found living in a compound across from a Pakistani police station, where one of his wives said they had been for at least 5 years. Pakistan is supposed to be our ally, and they cheerfully collect monetary aid from the USA, yet couldn’t ring themselves to mention that the FBI’s Public Enemy Number One was living in their country. It took a private Pakistani doctor who verified the DNA of bin Laden and gave the data to US intelligence.
What was his thanks for this?
His identity was freely given out by the loose tongues of this administration, (which included Hillary Clinton as Secretary of State, at the time) and he was subsequently murdered for his assistance to the United States.
Fifteen years later, it seems that this same loose lipped administration and careless handler of classified data, Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton, along with the DNC, the PC police, the media and others, are bowing down to the demands of the radical ideology of Islam.
Islam is based on Sharia Law. It is a religion that is intolerant of any other, it preaches annihilation of other religions and cultures. There is no way that Sharia Law and Islam can coexist side by side with our Constitution. Our freedoms and way of life are incompatible with Sharia Law.
Our president and the Department of the Secretary of State (along with John Kerry) have recently admitted that they sent 400 million dollars in cash as a ransom for hostages to Iran. Iran is the number one sponsor of terrorism. This acquiessence to Iran by the actions of the current administration has emboldened the Iranian navy enough to harass our Naval Forces in the Persian Gulf.
Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, (“careless handler” of “classified material”) and presidential nominee for the Democratic Party has a long time personal aide, Huma Abedin.
Ms. Abedin was privy to the “careless handling” of classified email as she assisted Secretary Clinton.
Ms. Abedin has been linked to the Muslim Brotherhood and most recently associated as assistant editor of a radical Muslim publication, although she denies having a large role in the journal.
Although Secretary Clinton claims to be an advocate for women, her assistant is connected to a journal that opposed women’s rights. Ms. Abedin was raised in Saudi Arabia, a known restrictor of women’s rights.
Ms. Abedin’s mother has written a book against women’s rights, and formerly ran a Saudi girls school where Secretary Clinton once took a speaking engagement.
It is abundantly clear that the current administration and Secretary Clinton have forgotten about the events of September 11, 2001, especially in the light of the Benghazi scandal that occurred on September 11, 2012 where Ambassador Stevens and three members of highly trained military personnel were murdered, and her response was to lie to the public and the families, while laying the responsibility at the feet of a very poorly made video, and saying, “What difference does it make now?”
What about the American people?
Have they forgotten?
Ask yourself, “Have I forgotten?”
Think about Ground Zero, and the countless lives lost and remember as the anniversary of this infamous date comes around in 2016.

NEVER FORGET BENGHAZI!!!!
If the administration has forgotten, let the American people recall these dates and let these events guide their thinking in November 2016.
