NOT ON MY DIME: If Your ‘Cause’ Is So Righteous — YOU Pay For It!

It’s always been interesting to me when I see people who claim to be “tolerant” and/or educated demonstrate their ignorance so openly! I never know whether to laugh or cry, especially when I know these folks are teaching our future generations in influential positions. It’s frightening to think about.

Take for example the latest “Planned Parenthood meme” that is making its rounds on social media. It begins with “I Went to Planned Parenthood and all I Got was… And the list of all the “healthcare benefits” that the place provides are listed as facts. Nothing is further from the truth if we take a bit of time to think things through and read a few things. It’s not at all difficult to find the facts.

What was the “plan” behind Planned Parenthood? Google Margaret Sanger. Sanger is the founder of Planned Parenthood and her own words are quite telling… On www.dianedew.com there is a list of many quotes from her from her various writings. Allow me to show a few and you can check them out for yourself. Don’t take my word for it. This stuff is easy to find.

On blacks, immigrants and indigents: “……human weeds reckless breeders, spawning human beings who never should have been born.”

On the purpose of birth control: The purpose in promoting birth control was “to create a race of thoroughbreds.”

On the extermination of blacks: “We do not want word to go out that we want to exterminate the negro population.”

Those are just a few. Now tell me? Can you say you still support this organization she founded? Perhaps you never heard any of this? That’s understandable because supporters do indeed go to great lengths to try to hide their real purpose and have done this quite successfully since their founding. Well, now you heard it and it’s up to you to look into it for yourself. The quotes speak for themselves. Don’t they?

Is Planned Parenthood the only place the services they claim to provide can be obtained at reasonable costs? What is the main service they provide?

I never went to Planned Parenthood and I got a mammogram, Pap smear, and a physical exam from a reputable healthcare provider. I never needed STD testing but I can get that as well and so could you. Affordable birth control and pregnancy tests are readily available for minimal cost at a drugstore near you. From what I understand, Planned Parenthood doesn’t provide prenatal care.

PLANNED PARENTHOOD IS THE NUMBER ONE ABORTION PROVIDER IN THE NATION. Abortion is the main “service” their organization provides. This fact is easy to find. Do I think defunding this “abortion organization” will stop abortions? No I don’t, but it’s a step in the right direction.

I seriously doubt that anyone I saw post this meme actually went to Planned Parenthood. I even doubt they know anyone that did. None-the-less, I am all for free people supporting organizations they support. Abortion is clearly baby killing to me, therefore I don’t want to support it directly or indirectly. Pregnancy is not a “disease” and I don’t like when it’s treated as one. I don’t appreciate any of my tax dollars going to this awful organization and/or any organization that does this. I want to see a “morality movement” that brings back common sense and Biblical principles.

As for those that would like to support this kind of thing…. Write a check and support it. Put your dollars, not mine or anyone else’s, behind your ideas. That’s what happens in a free country. This would cause people to look more closely into the organizations that they only are willing to give “lip service” to. Like they say…. Put YOUR money where YOUR mouth is… Not mine.

Share if you agree Planned Parenthood should be funded by its supporters and by them only.
