Donald will never allow you to go back to your lives as usual. – Melania Trump.
Imagine if that quote was true. It’s not of course. Melania Trump never said it or anything like it. But imagine that she did. Those words would have been like one more gallon of rocket fuel in the tank of hatred that currently powers the media-activist-entertainment complex. Think of what left-wing activists would be saying:
– What right does Donald Trump have to “allow” us anything?
– What does Donald Trump mean by our “lives as usual”?
The actual quote was as follows:
“Barack will never allow you to go back to your lives as usual”. Michelle Obama is the perpetrator, and the same questions apply. What place is it for Barack Obama, or anyone else in a free country, to “allow” a free people anything? Such is the purview of monarchs and tin pot dictators. As for “lives as usual”, we’re learning what that meant each day of the Trump administration.
In the post-Obama era, far left activism is not only commonplace, it’s well organized and is practically a vocation for some. Take note of any given demonstration turned riot in any given American city and take a look at the hierarchy:
– There are the paid activists that orchestrate the whole thing. These people stay out of the spotlight as much as possible, and normally emerge in the role of “spokesperson”.
– There are the useful idiots. These are the usually young people (although older people also can be seen in their ranks). They hold the manufactured signs, wear the manufactured t-shirts, and they chant the chants they learned on the far-left websites, received through email, or were otherwise instructed to chant in pre-demonstration practice sessions. These people are the visible element; the ones designed to get the whole thing delivered into your home as news.
– Then there are the shock troops. They often dressed like ISIS – all in black. These are the people that turn news into breaking news when they destroy property and assault people that disagree with the leftist agenda. Many of them have criminal records and a number are registered sex offenders.
The paid activists manipulate both groups. The useful idiots don’t know about the shock troops. The shock troops have an awareness of the idiots, but they are as beholden as stormtroopers on the Death Star were to Darth Vader.
Ladies and gentlemen, there are professional football teams that aren’t as well playbooked, coached, merchandised, and as fielded as leftist Never Trumper activists.
It should come as no surprise. Think about it:
– Unlike any other President in the post-WWII era, Barack Obama retired to Washington, DC a few blocks from the White House.
– Organizing for America is alive and well. Go to http://organizersforamerica.org/page.php?id=89 and look at any of the dozens of entries for “Campaign Directors to Protect Civil Liberties”. They are all anti-Trump to the core, and they even use Trump’s name in the ads. They are recruiting, training, and actively fielding anti-Trumpers around the clock.
Since 1 + 1 is 2, and Organizing for America is Obama’s outfit, connect the dots and that’s why political life in America is so unusual these days. Obama may have left the White House but behind his walled mansion in Washington DC, he remains as engaged as ever.
