Since the President was working EXPLICITLY within his designated sphere when he set up the E.O. — AND he did not use a ‘religious’ test but a ‘safety’ test drawn from nations the PREVIOUS administration had considered unsafe, Trump’s challenge of ‘the most overturned court in America’ should be open-and-shut.
Judicial overreach? Yeah, it looks that way.
