You’re whiter than I am! Carlson pushes back against the racist narrative.
You’re whiter than I am. You’ve got blue eyes,” said Fox News Channel’s Tucker Carlson to Univision’s/Fusion’s Jorge Ramos on Wednesday. “So I mean, I don’t know exactly what you mean by white, or Latino.”
Carlson asked Ramos for a coherent definition of “Latino,” describing his guest as a “blue-eyed rich Mexican.” Ramos defined “Latino” as a person from “Latin America” who “[tends] to speak more Spanish at home than others.”

Here’s what’s wrong with Jorge’s arguments.
He’s not trying to make the case that the group he’s advocating for ‘Latinos’ should be treated merely as equals and that Latinos who are here should be permitted to stay. That would be an argument we could weigh on its merits and flaws.
He’s pushing WAY further than that.
“I am an immigrant, just like many of you. I am a proud Latino immigrant here in the United States. My name is Jorge Ramos, and I work at Univision and at the Fusion network. And you know exactly what is going on here in the United States. There are many people who do not want us to be here, and who want to create a wall in order to separate us. But you know what? This is also our country. Let me repeat this: OUR country, not theirs. It is our country. And we are not going to leave. We are nearly 60 million Latinos in the United States. And thanks to US, the United States eats, grows and, as we’ve seen today, sings and dances. So when they attack us, we already know what we are going to do. We are not going to sit down. We will not shut up. And we will not leave. That is what we are going to do.”
Funny. The blue-eyed Millionaire who lives in the gated communities and came to America to make his money is showing his gratitude for the culture that allowed him to thrive here in a way that he could not in Mexico?
He’s just another race-baiter.
He really doesn’t believe in ‘E Pluribus Unum‘.
He has more in common with La Raza.
Here is a question the rich millionaire can’t answer.
If YOUR culture and people are so very, very awesome…
Why are Americans not running across the border to join Mexico?
Could there be flaws in your system and culture that you fail to recognize?
South Korea changed a lot since the 50’s. Why hasn’t Mexico? What’s different?
Don’t hold your breath waiting for an answer to THAT one.
