FINALLY! GOP Bill To Repeal Obamacare Passes In The House — Senate, It’s Up To YOU!

Written by K. Walker on May 4, 2017

The not-so-Affordable Care Act is heading to the scrap heap. We’re one step closer…

The Bill passed 217 to 213 with all the Democrats voting against it.

Because — what else were they going to do?

The fight isn’t over, though.

After years of debate, the House on Thursday voted to repeal key parts of the Affordable Care Act and replace them with new provisions.

The vote, which President Donald Trump was planning to tout as a big victory, sends the Republican-sponsored bill to gut Obamacare to the Senate for consideration.

We still have to get it through the Senate.

With these clowns constantly causing a ruckus:

Chuck Schumer, Diane Feinstein, Kamala Harris, Stuart Smalley Al Franken, Bernie the ‘Democratic Socialist’ Sanders, and who could forget Fauxahontas Liawatha Elizabeth Warren.

With all the damn lies they’re spewing, it’s going to be a real fight.

But winning approval for the bill could be even more difficult in the Senate than it has been in the House, where Republican leaders struggled for nearly two months to wrangle enough votes in their caucus to secure its passage.

The bill passed by a vote of 217 to 213, which was one more “yes” vote that was needed for passage.

All 193 Democrats voting opposed the bill. They were joined by 20 Republicans voting “no.”

And don’t forget those Never-Trumpers.

The Republicans that refuse to support President Trump on anything.

Fortunately, Mitch McConnell seems to be getting it.

A win for President Trump is a win for Americans.

Besides, Obamacare is utter crap on toast.

Dry, moldy toast.

Frankly, the penicillin on the dry, moldy toast in this metaphor would be preferable to some of the Obamacare ‘options’.

“A lot of us have waited seven years to case this vote,” House Speaker Paul Ryan, R-Wis., said shortly before the voting began. “Many of us are here because we pledged to cast this vote: to repeal and replace Obamacare.”

“This bill delivers the promises we have made to the American people,” Ryan said.
