And the many, many Trump/Pence/Steve Bannon piñatas that were smashed during the anti-Trump protests right after the election.
But this one was by a teacher for her Spanish class and conducted during shool hours.
Lesley Hollywood complained to the district, noting that the Mexican president’s picture was also on the piñata.
“We already live in such a divisive political climate. Why are we dividing these students even more?” she asked.
Her daughter attends the high school but is not in that Spanish class.

The piñata was being used as a Spanish class activity to celebrate Cinco de Mayo.
The kids had posted videos and images to social media, which is what alerted this obviously engaged parent.
