It looks like she might have been ‘Redpilled’.

‘Redpilled’ is a colloquial term to indicate a Leftist has awoken to Conservative truths. The reference is to the Matrix scene where Neo is given the choice by Morpheus to choose the Truth (Red Pill) or continue in the false reality (Blue Pill).
