Major Liberal Organizer ‘Encouraged Leftists To Dress Up As Ku Klux Klan Members’

Communists in cloaks and hoods… who knew?

The leftist radical Saul Alinsky author of the handbook of subversion and rebellion, ‘Rules for Radicals‘ favored by leftists gave some advice to would-be revolutionaries that might have been used to foment the aggression exhibited in Charlottesville over the weekend.

Alinsky was the subject of the Bachelor’s thesis in 1969 by one Hillary Rodham, and even offered her a job upon graduation, by the way.

In his book, ‘Rules For Revolution‘, conservative author, David Horowitz, explains how Alnisky’s tactics were used by Barack Obama’s adminstration to ‘fundamentally transform’ America.

It’s not just Barry that was using these tactics, but radical leftists — think Occupy Wall Street, and more recent headline-grabbing groups that use ‘any means necessary’.

These ‘activists’ on the left are determined to spark a ‘revolution’ and tear down existing institutions doing whatever is necessary to ensure that is the case.

Guided by Alinsky principles, post-Communist radicals are not idealists but Machiavellians. Their focus is on means rather than ends, and therefore they are not bound by organizational orthodoxies in the way their admired Marxist forebears were. Within the framework of their revolutionary agenda, they are flexible and opportunistic and will say anything (and pretend to be anything) to get what they want, which is resources and power.

Even disguising themselves as racists.

Take this anecdote quoted by Horowitz in an article from Front Page Magazine in 2009:

College student activists in the 1960s and 1970s sought out Alinsky for advice about tactics and strategy. On one such occasion in the spring of 1972 at Tulane University’s annual week-long series of events featuring leading public figures, students asked Alinsky to help plan a protest of a scheduled speech by George Bush, then U.S. representative to the United Nations, a speech likely to be a defense of the Nixon Administration’s Vietnam War policies [Note: the Nixon Administration was then negotiating with the North Vietnamese communists to arrive at a peace agreement– DH] The students told Alinsky that they were thinking about picketing or disrupting Bush’s address. That’s the wrong approach, he rejoined — not very creative and besides, causing a disruption might get them thrown out of school. [Not likely — DH.]

“He told them, instead, to go hear the speech dressed up as members of the Ku Klux Klan, and whenever Bush said something in defense of the Vietnam War, they should cheer and wave placards, reading ‘The K.K.K. supports Bush.’ And that is what the students did with very successful, attention-getting results.

Fast forward to this weekend in Charlottesville and the protest/counter-protest and the flag-toting Nazis.

Fascinating journalist, Michael Yon, has made this observation:

Does it look like it could be a set up?

To hold white supremacists views is absolutely disgusting.

To carry a Nazi flag and all that it represents is beyond vile.

There isn’t really much that is worse than that — except perhaps to deliberatley fake it to whip up a race war so that you can punish political opponents.

We’re not sure if that happened here, but some folks think that there were some fake white supremacists in the crowd of real ones.

What do YOU think?
