The lone MLB anthem kneeler, Bruce Maxwell, catcher of the Oakland Athletics has been arrested on a gun charge.
It would seem that this bro is taking a few tips from his professional athlete colleagues in the NFL.
Could it be that he’s checking out NFLarrest.com as a ‘How To’ manual to be more like his NFL buddies?
Not a great plan, dude.

The Oakland Athletics catcher allegedly pointed a gun at a female food delivery person in Scottsdale, Ariz.
Scottsdale police said officers went to Maxwell’s home Saturday night after getting a call about a person with a gun. Maxwell was booked on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and disorderly conduct.
Police said Maxwell was held in custody pending an initial appearance.

Maxwell was projected to be the starting catcher for the A’s next season. In 76 games this season he hit .237 with three home runs and 22 RBIs.
So much for that.
Maxwell has also tried to stir the racism pot with claims of discrimination again around food service.
Dude seems to have a real problem with the food service industry.
Somebody get this dude a Snickers — because he’s hangry.
Last week, Maxwell claimed during a visit to his hometown of Huntsville, Ala., that he was refused service at a restaurant because of his protest. But a waiter told Fox News that Maxwell was “outright lying,” about what happened.
“I didn’t even know who Bruce Maxwell was,” waiter Matt Henry said.

Ouch! That’s gotta hurt!
Bruce Maxwell just wants to get attention for the ‘Take A Knee’ protest.
And he’s ginning up false accusations against innocent parties and slandering them to advance his own agenda.
He attributed motive for what he saw as a slight. The waiter, Matt Henry, had carded Maxwell’s friend when they were out to dinner. Check out the waiter’s version of events:
According to Henry, an Alabama native, Maxwell was dining with local Democratic councilman Devyn Keith and another friend who produced an expired ID, and the server refused to serve him a drink — which upset the friend, who followed him into the kitchen.
“He asked me, ‘Don’t you know who Bruce Maxwell is?’, and told me I was making everyone feel uncomfortable. Nobody was even paying attention to them,” Henry claimed.
“I didn’t know anything about him or the kneeling. All I know is a friend of mine 15 years ago lost his job for serving someone a drink who happened to be underage, so if anyone looks under 30, I’m going to card them.”
And here’s Henry’s manager, Anne Whalen, explaining what happened:
“Matt came to me and told me that a guy wanted a beer but his ID was not valid and I told him he absolutely could not give it to him, we can go to jail for that in the state of Alabama,” the manager said.
“It was his friend causing all the fuss, none of us even knew who this baseball player was. I told him I had no idea who he was going on about,” she said. “Eventually Matt just asked if we could put another server on the table so I did. … I can’t believe the story.”

NFL’s TV ratings are plummeting as more players refuse to stand for the national anthem.
