This young boy took action when he was upset about an injustice. NFL players, please take note.
But then again, this is about the flag and our veterans, so maybe they’ll just ‘take the knee’.
While the NFL ‘Take A Knee’ clowns protest the gender pay gap, housing discrimination, and all the other Progressive nonsense…
…one boy isn’t taking a knee — he’s taking action.
Preston Sharp, 11, was upset after visiting his grandfather’s grave in Redding, California. Visiting a lost loved one can be emotional, but it wasn’t missing his grandfather that made Preston sad. He was disappointed when he saw that there were many graves of veterans that don’t have flags on them.
He was upset for days.
His mother told him that he had to do something about it or let it go.
He chose to do something about it.
He took odd jobs, solicited donations, and brought flags and flowers to the graves. He goes to each one, thanks each soldier by name, and places a flag on the grave.
Preston has been doing this for two years — rain or shine.
His patriotism has spread, and when others hear that Preston is heading to a cemetery, they feel compelled to join him.
Preston was inspired when he remembered his Grandpa’s service to our country.
Grandpas can certainly be an inspiration:
Does your grandpa go off on paltry politicians, whether they be Democrats or Republicans? Does he get misty eyed when he talks about God and Country and America’s future? And have you ever heard him scream, ‘Awww … Hell no!’ when Rosie O’Donnell starts yapping on television? If you answered yes to one, or all of the above, then your gramps will love Doug Giles’ latest book, My Grandpa Is A Patriotic Badass.
Don’t be fooled by the title — this ain’t just for Grandpa.
The Snowflake Generation — and the rest of America — needs a good ol’ dose of ‘Grandpa wisdom’.
Especially if that Grandpa is Doug Giles.
You’ll love My Grandpa Is A Patriotic Badass just as much as Grandpa will.
Your grandpa probably wouldn’t like the crap that’s being pulled by these NFL ‘knee-takers’.
Give ’em a message right from Grandpa:
A shirt that aptly describes the NFL — No Fans Left.
NFL’s TV ratings are plummeting as more players refuse to stand for the national anthem. It’s hard to believe that a nation that has given these players the opportunity to achieve so much is so easily disrespected. Even worse, consider the men and women who have laid down their lives so that these athletes could live in a relatively safe country and enjoy their fame and fortune.
Hard-working, patriotic Americans don’t want to watch a bunch of whiners play football. They want to watch winners.
And the best part? This shirt is made in the USA, printed in the USA, on an American-Made t-shirt press!
