Life comes at you fast. Suddenly it’s HIS feet being held to the fire in sex accusations.
He was pretty smug and comfortable when he was throwing darts at other people.
That smug grin just got wiped off his face.

Now that there are eight women accusing him of harassment — he’s no longer laughing.
More than just accusing him, he’s acknowledged their claims as valid.
Charlie Rose, PBS interviewer and co-anchor of CBS This Morning, stands accused of sexual harassment by eight women.
The Washington Post reports that the allegations include “lewd phone calls, walking around naked in their presence, or groping their breasts, buttocks, and genital areas.”
The accusers include employees and aspiring employees of Charlie Rose, the bare-bones, black-backgrounded, hour-long PBS interview program hearkening back to James Day’s Conversations from public television’s early years.
…Kyle Godfrey-Ryan, one of three women to put their name to their story published by the Post, alleged at least a dozen instances of a naked Rose, now 75, walking in front of her in his residences. She also says he called her to share his fantasies of her swimming naked. Godfrey-Ryan says when she complained to Yvette Vega, the show’s executive producer, she dismissed it as “Charlie being Charlie.” Godfrey-Ryan claims when Rose learned she had shared stories of the harassment with a friend, he fired her.
Accusations include groping buttocks, and putting his hand on the upper thigh — perceived by the employee as him trying to gauge her reaction.
It gets worse — he is also accused of firing one of the female employees he harassed just for discussing the harassment with another person.
It is essential that these women know I hear them and that I deeply apologize for my inappropriate behavior. I am greatly embarrassed. I have behaved insensitively at times, and I accept responsibility for that, though I do not believe that all of these allegations are accurate. I always felt that I was pursuing shared feelings, even though I now realize I was mistaken.
I have learned a great deal as a result of these events, and I hope others will too. All of us, including me, are coming to a newer and deeper recognition of the pain caused by conduct in the past, and have come to a profound new respect for women and their lives.
With that backdrop, let’s revisit Rose’s reaction when he was interviewing Bannon about the now-infamous Billy Bush tapes.
That’s some pretty fantastic fake outrage for someone who doesn’t mind waltzing naked past his female staff, don’t you think?
If the color looks weird on that, and you are wondering why the drapes don’t seem the same color, you may remember that 60 Minutes took a lot of heat in this particular for accusations of adjusting the color in a way that was unflattering to Bannon.
