President Trump has upped his Twitter Game for 2018. Not only is he still trolling people, but he’s figured out how to leverage that ‘medium IS the message’ approach, to his benefit.
Pop Quiz: how do you handle a scenario like this?
You’ve got a segment of the population who has been conditioned to hate and distrust everything that you say, because you are supposedly ‘racist’ and an ‘evil rightwinger’. That you’d gladly dance on the grave of every man woman and child whose skin tone is even one shade darker than your own.
You’ve got rappers whipping up their fans with a frenzy of Trump-hating.
Do you go on CPAC? Take out TV ads? Spend government money to give out free crap to prove that you like them?
That’s what a lot of politicians would do.
Not Trump. He had a different approach.
Jay-Z showed up on a program by one of CNN’s professional race-baiters, Van Jones, to give a few unanswered slaps against Trump for the alleged Sh*thole comment. (Really? We’re still talking about that?) And Jay-Z, among other things, called the (alleged) comments ‘hurtful’.
Some of us would have taken this time to talk about the kinds of ‘hurtful’ profanities that would flow out of that man’s mouth on stage… even during a pro-Hillary concert.
