Proven Steps To ‘Make America Great Again’ … Work Elsewhere, Too!
Almost every day I read about the needs of impoverished people – communities – cities – and countries.
Politicians the world over offer solutions in their quest for political power. Yet, more-often-than-not, after being elected, the needs so clearly identified are not satisfied. Why is that?
The best answers I have found to this question are identified in the book The Poverty of Nations – A Sustainable Solution by doctors Wayne Grudem and Barry Asmus. They have spent decades identifying the causes of — and the solutions to — national poverty. And they have related their discoveries to the truths and principles in the Bible.
I sincerely believe – if our political and economic leaders would devour this book and practice the solutions it so clearly identifies – the poverty problems here in North America and the-world-over could be solved.
When I was a youngster we were taught to be responsible, conscientious, trustworthy, productive, etc. . . . with emphasis on equality of opportunity.
Now it appears the emphasis is on getting your share, all that you deserve, as much as anyone else, as much satisfaction as possible, etc. . . . with emphasis on equality of results.
I sense the old philosophy is the better one.
Why? Because the prosperity of any nation is a function of the productivity of its people – less the cost of its government.
According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) . . . Markets were up on the news that U.S. unemployment is at a 50-year low of 3.8%.
The economy created 223,000 jobs in May. The BLS also stated that wages are growing at 2.7% per year. (Let’s not forget that most jobs are created by small businesses run by real people.)
IRAs and 401Ks are up significantly since Trump’s election. Good news indeed!
The Trump tax cuts, reduction of government regulations, insistence on fair trade, focus on national security (borders), a stronger military; and plain, everyday verbiage and short to-the-point communications — are primary influences effecting America’s return to LEADERSHIP and citizen support.
All this positive news despite Democratic and Dark State and mainstream-media fake-news bashing!
Hopefully, American voters will not be fooled by Leftist Democrats, self-serving government bureaucrats, and Socialistic media communicators . . . in their effort to stop President Trump’s effort to “Make America Great Again”.
Focusing for a year-and-a-half on an inappropriate word or pronouncement or historical intemperate deed is to lose sight of the strategic responsibilities of our President and Commander-in-Chief. The presidency should not be a popularity contest.
According to the responsible media, more and more people are warming-up to President Trump and his effort to “Make America Great Again”.
There are 6.7 million job openings unfilled as a result of the booming Trump economy.
Are the American people aware of the good things that are happening in the American economy today?
