There’s a REASON they want images that will tug at heartstrings like an old Sally Struthers commercial so they can spin emotions.
‘Never Let A Crisis Go To Waste’… that’s the line, right? The same Liberals who did NOT answer Trump’s call for a DACA deal (because they WANTED this to be an unresolved issue in the Midterms) have just shown us why.
Have you asked yourself why Democrats wrap all of their causes in the terminology of victims and oppressor? It’s because one good soundbite or photo lets them airbrush themselves into the story as the champions of the downtrodden, protecting them against the wicked.
The Democrats have been having their ass handed to them. That Blue Wave has evaporated, and a Red one was beginning to swell in response to the impact of how Trump’s policy has improved ordinary people’s lives.
And everything they threw at Trump melted like a snowball in July. Worse, much of it has backfired. Just ask Comey.
So they went to their old playbook.
Just like the Migrant crisis in Europe used one photo of a drowned toddler as justification for everything that followed after (even though his family’s story has changed a lot since that first telling) the caged photos of children have driven this sudden ‘crisis’.
We have administrators who swore oaths to uphold the law.
Oaths might not mean much to the FBI these days, but they mean something to many of us. The options for solutions are pretty straightforward.

As for the same crowd who — until five minutes ago — was shouting ‘bake the damned cake’ at Christians who would not violate their conscience, have suddenly taken a break from writing placards saying ‘take your rosaries off my ovaries’ so they could wrap themselves in precious Jesus imagery.
We’re even hearing King James’ Engish on the evening news…
“Suffer the little children to come unto me.” (Probably because that’s how long it’s been since most of them have darkened the door of a church.)
And complicit religious ‘thought leaders’ are following their lead.

Let’s ask if Jesus is walking lockstep with Nancy Pelosi on this one?

The God who is ‘love’ is more than JUST love.
He is also ‘Truth’ — a word they tend to balk at.
He is also ‘Holy, Holy, Holy’.
He is also “Just”. It’s a word social justice warriors have confused with mercy.
Mercy means guilty people not getting what they deserve.
Just — or it’s derivative, justice — means the innocent go free and the guilty do not.
You’d think a ‘Christian thought leader’ would know all this.
Ironically the Ninth Circuit understood that principle when they said children couldn’t be incarcerated beyond 21 days.
When parents of children need to be held longer than 21 days because they’ve broken the law… that causes a problem. Unless of course, the legal system violates it’s own oath, and becomes unjust, in letting lawbreakers go free.
Surely it is the beginning of the unraveling of democracy when the body that makes the laws – rather than change them- asks the body charged with law enforcement to not enforce the law. That simply cannot be the answer. Congress must act.

You don’t have to come here illegally in an attempt to claim asylum. But far too many try.
It’s a problem that needs a fix, certainly. But given a choice between a solution and a soundbite, the Left has chosen … the soundbite. And their ‘intrepid’ Media(D) has followed their Democrat talking points to the letter.
After all… they wouldn’t want a crisis to go to waste.
Not in an election year.
