Because it’s clear that the Democrats are voting as a block opposed to Trump more than they are voting as individuals represnting a State or district, (in some cases, we have seen those votes go 95% lockstep with Pelosi/Schumer or more), he was saying that a vote for any Democrat is a vote for Pelosi, Schumer and Maxine Waters. He had a couple of choice things to say about Maxine, which you can see on the video.
Can you imagine if someone with an ‘R’ after their name said anything like that? There’d be hell to pay!
