Let’s talk about …
For starters, who among us would have contributed money so that the Afghans could have bumper crops of opium? Oh, I can hear the shouts already, and not one of you would…right? However, you ARE aiding that effort through your tax dollars. Don’t believe me? Alright, let’s look into this a little deeper.
On Wednesday, June 20th, Alice Wells, the principal deputy assistant secretary for the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of South and Central Asian Affairs, told the House Foreign Affairs Committee, “The narcotics we assess account for about 60 percent of the Taliban budget. … Eighty-five percent of opium is grown in areas that are controlled or contested by the Taliban.”
These eye-opening comments came hard on the heels of another shocker, when the U.S. Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction (SIGAR), a watchdog agency, revealed in a report that U.S.-funded alternative development projects (ADP) are being used to support poppy cultivation in Afghanistan.
At least 330 million dollars have been poured into Afghanistan projects intended to deter farmers and traffickers from cultivating and trafficking opium…it didn’t work. Some, and we don’t know how much, was siphoned off and used to grow and harvest opium. We even provided instruction on how to make irrigation work for their crops which resulted in the improvement of hundreds, and probably thousands, of acres on which the opium was being grown. We also provided the funds, if not the actual equipment for farming and irrigation projects. Airborne spraying has been ruled out as a means of destroying the crops because it might hurt the environment. How stupid can we be?
This coming September 11th will be the 17th “anniversary” of the attacks on the World Trade Centers. We know who the perpetrators were, how they took over the aircraft, where they came from, how long they were here…pretty much everything about them except who backed them. Now, in a very recent disclosure we learn that Iran had a hand in that, and not just a hand, but two hands and both feet!
Back in the early part of this month (June) it was reported in a Washington newspaper that Iranian officials, in a first, have admitted to facilitating the 9/11 terrorist attacks in the U.S. by secretly aiding the free travel of al Qaeda operatives who eventually went on to fly commercial airliners into the Twin Towers in New York City, according to new remarks from a senior Iranian official. Mohammad-Javad Larijani, an international affairs assistant in the Iran’s judiciary, disclosed that Iranian intelligence officials secretly helped provide the al Qaeda attackers with passage and gave them refuge in the Islamic Republic. “Our government agreed not to stamp the passports of some of them because they were on transit flights for two hours, and they were resuming their flights without having their passports stamped. However, their movements were under the complete supervision of the Iranian intelligence,” he was quoted as saying. Larijani admitted that Iranian officials did not stamp the passports of the al Qaeda militants in order to obfuscate their movements and prevent detection by foreign governments.
Our government has been pussy-footing around the problem of Iran for decades, but now, this information should make it clear that they are a sworn enemy. We need to cut off any and all items going to Iran, shut down their banking ability here and in as many other countries as we can legally. Finally, we need to give them notice that no matter how deep they put their bomb-making facilities we will knock them out, if and when it comes to that. We have a President with stones to back up what he says.
Finally, if you thought that the persecution of Jews was over when we defeated the Nazis in World War 2, you’re wrong, and you might be dead wrong. Anti-semitism is alive and well and growing. People who follow that action have noticed that schools are teaching it, although you may not know that because you’re not a school-age child’s parent.
It came to light in Williamson County, Tennessee when a concerned mother contacted Proclaiming Justice to the Nations (PJTN) founder and President Lori Cordoza-Moore in response to several troubling passages in her son’s textbook. They are spearheading a nationwide movement to thwart the Islamic indoctrination of America’s youth. PJTN was established in 2001 in response to 911. Three years later, it evolved into a task force to challenge the unconstitutionality of textbooks being used in public schools nationwide that contain passages teaching kids to be anti-American, anti-Semitic and “anti Judeo-Christian” through what activists say is Islamic indoctrination.
The concerned Tennessee mother said her son came home from his ninth grade high school one day and challenged the Bible’s statement that the Jews have the legitimate right to the land of Israel, after reading a public school-issued school text book by the Pearson publishing company–the same company behind Common Core standards.
Parting shot: Hitler and his Nazis taught “For the German people, racial theory meant the ‘Jewish problem.’ ” The “solution” to the “problem” was to completely exterminate every single Jewish person, man, woman, and child, from the face of the earth. Now kids are taught that Islam is good, Judaism and Christianity are bad, homosexuality is good and heterosexuality is bad. Wake up, America! We’re being dumbed-down for a reason…so we can be taken over that much easier.
