Dear CNN: The Entire Trump Family Has Received ‘White Powder’ In The Mail — Is That News?

If an Anthrax scare had happened to the Clinton family or the Obamas, the media would have even Doxxed the suspects by now. But someone threatens the lives of a Republican? Crickets.

Gee, how could anyone POSSIBLY question the media’s perfect non-partisan objectivity?

The REAL story is whether or not Trump owes Acosta an apology for hurting his feelings, right?

While on Hannity’s show, Eric Trump mentioned something that had somehow been missed in their tireless reporting of all things Trumpworld.

Each of the President’s family members had Anthrax scares at their private residences.

Homes with young children in them.

“I’ve been threatened,” Eric Trump said. “Our family’s been threatened. All of us. We’ve all had white powder show up at our house.”

Trump’s revelation to Hannity indicates that other anthrax scares had occurred targeting the Trump family besides a previously reported incident in February in which Donald Trump Jr.’s wife Vanessa Trump opened an envelope containing white powder.

Vanessa Trump was taken to the hospital as a precaution following that incident, but the substance was proven to be nonhazardous.

In March, a 24-year-old Massachusetts man was charged with sending the envelope addressed to Trump Jr. which his wife opened, which allegedly contained a note reading “you are getting what you deserve.”

If this were happening with Clinton’s family members, the Obamas, or even family members of prominent Democrats like Pelosi, Schumer, Schiff or even, say, Jerry Brown or Mayor De Blasio, this would be headline news.

We’d be talking about this ‘dangerous new trend in political anger’.

But these are actual death threats against the President’s own family. Not ‘mean tweets’ or harsh words.

Invasive threats to one’s life that law enforcement is obligated to treat like a credible threat.

The reason we don’t take ‘mainstream’ news seriously has something to do with how they are so very skewed in favor of one party.

News that makes their side look like a victim and Republicans look like monsters will invariably shouted from the rooftops.

But let a Bernie Bro actually attempt to assassinate Republicans at baseball practice, and they can hardly change the topic fast enough.

Should we REALLY expect anything less from the media that is reporting — at Harvard’s estimation — a 90% (or higher) negative bias against the President?

Oh, right. Speaking of Scalise. Did the Media(D) ever get around to reporting that Scalise had his life threated again? As in, threatened just this more than a month ago?

A man was arrested Thursday for allegedly leaving threatening voicemails for two members of Congress, including House Majority Whip Steve Scalise (R-La.).

Sixty-three-year-old Carlos Bayon, who resides in New York, is charged with making threats across state lines.

Scalise, the No. 3 Republican in the House, was shot during the GOP’s congressional baseball practice last year and sustained near-fatal injuries.

“Whip Scalise is grateful to law enforcement for their actions. He will never forget how their heroism saved his life and those of his colleagues last year,” Scalise spokeswoman Lauren Fine told The Hill in a statement. “As he has said before, there is absolutely no place in our political discourse for violent threats.”
