That’s right, a journalist (and we’ve been told to believe all journalists, so he can’t possibly be wrong) says he caught the first confrontation in the most recent dust-up in Portland on video.
This would be in Portland, where the mayor is crowing about how he has told the police to let the crowd (or, ‘mob’) do their thing, and break laws at will.
Because that same approach worked SO well in Baltimore a while back, didn’t it? What was the line, back then? ‘Space to Destroy?’
Genius plan, folks.
Right on cue, can you guess which side let loose with their illegal use of the pepper spray (or was it mace)?

It was the nutless wonders from Antifa. They decided to storm an Impromptu Patriot Prayer Rally.
What else happened there? Antifa was burning Old Glory.

Until somebody stopped them.
Antifa bit off more than they could chew. They wound up with the short end of the stick in the real confrontations.
It’s almost like they were poseurs hoping to pick on people that would cut and run when they saw their numbers and pepper spray.

They weren’t counting on encountering a crowd that pushes back.
It’s one thing to go provoking violence, and busting up a peaceful night.
That’s what mobs do… mobs populated by cowardly little losers who melt their identity in the press (and anonymity) of the crowd.
It’s quite another thing to defend yourself when provoked.
The guy who takes the first swing is the a**hole.
But the guy who ducks that swing and knocks the aggressor on his ass? That’s a whole different ballgame.
Do you think anyone has noticed yet, that the Militant Left’s ‘intimidate and destroy’ tactic for pushing their agenda isn’t working all that well?
Nah, probably not.
Maybe they’ll figure it out when they get spanked in the Midterms… or 2020.
