Michelle Obama’s book is days away from release. Are you eagerly anticipating it?

In her memoir, ‘Becoming’, the former First Lady says that she will ‘never forgive’ President Trump for threatening her family’s safety by questioning Barack Obama’s birth certificate.

This from the woman who said that she was never proud of being an American until her husband was elected President, then immediately lost all hope when his second term was up.

I’m shocked, shocked, I tell you!

Former first lady Michelle Obama discusses her dislike of President Donald Trump — as well as personal details of her life before and during her time in the White House — in her highly anticipated memoir, “Becoming,” The Washington Post reported Thursday.

Obama says she would “never forgive” Trump for the rumors he spread questioning the legitimacy of President Barack Obama’s American birth certificate, which she said threatened her family’s safety.
“What if someone with an unstable mind loaded a gun and drove to Washington? What if that person went looking for our girls?,” she wrote, according to the Post, which obtained an early copy of the book. It will be released next Tuesday. “Donald Trump, with his loud and reckless innuendos, was putting my family’s safety at risk. And for this I’d never forgive him.”

Significantly absent is Michelle laying the blame with the actual originator of the ‘Birther’ movement, Sidney Blumenthal, who was the Senior Campaign Advisor for Hillary Clinton’s failed bid to become the Democratic nominee in 2008.

But then, it might just be that Michelle is even less of a fan of Donald Trump than she is of Hillary Clinton.

She was an outspoken critic of President Trump in 2016, especially in the wake of the Access Hollywood video.

Obama wrote in her book that the so-called “birther” movement was “crazy and mean-spirited, of course, its underlying bigotry and xenophobia hardly concealed. But it was also dangerous, deliberately meant to stir up the wingnuts and kooks.”

Obama also recounts how her “body buzzed with fury” after hearing Trump’s candid lewd comments about grabbing women.

“It was an expression of hatred that had generally been kept out of polite company, but still lived in the marrow of our supposedly enlightened society — alive and accepted enough that someone like Donald Trump could afford to be cavalier about it,” she writes, according to the Post.

Look at that, she says Trump is a bigot and sexist.

How original.

For his part, President Trump shot back at the comments in her memoir in an incredibly Trumpian way.

Trump responded to Obama’s book Friday morning, telling reporters: “She got paid a lot of money to write a book and they always expect a little controversy.”

He added that he would never forgive her husband Barack Obama “for what he did to our US military.”

“I’ll never forgive him for what he did in many other ways,” Trump continued. “What he did to our military made this country very unsafe for you, and you, and you.”
