That’ll be interesting.
What’s going to be even more interesting is when leftist heads explode when they find out the reason why this is happening.
The Muslim-majority country of Egypt is considering banning the burka in public spaces as a part of their crackdown on extremists.
Egypt has had problems with Islamists including the Muslim Brotherhood which was ousted from the presidency in 2013.
The Muslim-majority nation has faced a series of extremist attacks including the shooting of six Coptic Christians by ISIS last week.
A draft law to be considered by the Egyptian parliament calls for a burqa ban in public spaces including hospitals, health clinics, schools, cinemas, theatres and museums.
Women who wore the full face veil would be punished with a fine of 1,000 Egyptian pounds, equivalent to $56 or £42, the Jerusalem Post reported.
The lawmaker who introduced the bill said it would ‘support the state’s efforts in fighting terrorism’.

One political analyst, Ahmad Sharbini, said that the burqa poses a problem because it ‘creates a security problem as many male and female terrorists use it to hide their identities or sneak into places.‘ He also said that the burqa ban would ‘not infringe on freedoms or go against religions’ because it is not a requirement in Islamic Law. Sharbini also said that the burqa is widely used by extremists and has conflicted with ‘norms in Egyptian society.’
Well, leftists… whatcha gonna do with that?
Is it ‘Islamophobic’?
Or does it perhaps make sense to not have faces covered?
Women are not obliged to wear a face veil in Islam.
Maybe we should fight against keeping women oppressed by adhering to an ancient dress code.
That’s about as radical feminist as this writer gets.
